To make a purchase, it's very simple, just follow these steps:

If you choose in-store pickup, please select the branch where you wish to pick up your order.
3. Once this process is complete, click the "finalize order" button to go to the payment page.
4. Fill in the required information with your personal details and detailed address if it's a home delivery, choose the payment method, complete the transaction, and finalize your purchase. For questions or comments, you can write to servicio.cliente@bonage.com. After this, we will send emails with different notifications about your purchase.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The promised delivery time starts running from the invoicing and preparation of the order, which will be notified via email.
It is important to note that delivery times are in business days, Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays do not count as business days. Therefore, purchases made on those days will begin to be counted from the next business day. Orders placed after 4:00 pm are recorded as purchases of the next business day.
Yes, you can pick up your order at our store located in Naranjo Mall. Our business hours are from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Once you have confirmed your order, you will need to wait approximately 2 to 3 business days to receive confirmation that your order is ready for pickup.
- Pickup at Bonage Naranjo Mall store: The estimated time is 2 to 3 business days after order confirmation.
- Home delivery:
- Standard shipping to Departments: Delivery time of 5 to 7 business days.

Shipments from Guatemala abroad are not available. However, we have a presence in the following countries: Panama and El Salvador; you can make the purchase directly on your country's website.
