Legal Terms and Conditions for the Spin and Win Promotion
1. ORGANIZER
This commercial promotion is organized by DENIM RETAIL GROUP GT, SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA, who will be
responsible for the planning, execution, control, and fulfillment of this promotion (hereinafter, the "Organizer").
2. NATURE OF THE PROMOTION
This activity constitutes a commercial promotion, through which the Organizer grants immediate benefits to consumers who make purchases within participating establishments during its validity.
The promotion does not involve raffles, lotteries, or games of chance, but rather a form of recognition and appreciation for customers for their loyalty and for purchases effectively made, carried out directly at the point of sale, in accordance with the mechanics established in these terms and conditions.
3. EFFECTIVE DATE
The promotion will be valid on the following dates, times, and locations:
• Saturday, December 20, 2025: Bonage Naranjo Mall
In all cases, the hours will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., or while prize supplies last, whichever comes first.
4. PARTICIPATING ESTABLISHMENTS
The promotion will only be valid at the following Bonage stores:
• Naranjo Mall
5. PARTICIPANTS
Adults who make a purchase at participating establishments during the promotional period may participate.
Employees of the Organizer, or personnel directly or indirectly involved in the execution of the promotion, may not participate.
6. PROMOTION MECHANICS
• For each purchase made during the promotional period, the customer will have the right to participate in the promotional roulette dynamic, according to the conditions established in these terms.
• The roulette spin will take place at the same time of purchase, within the establishment.
• The result of the spin and, if applicable, the benefit obtained, will be known immediately.
• The accumulation of purchases or spins for later dates is not allowed.
• A prize will not always be obtained.
7. PROMOTIONAL BENEFITS
Benefits consist of Bonage brand promotional items and/or gift cards, previously defined by the Organizer. Each branch will have a total of 55 promotional benefits, distributed as follows:
• 20 coffee cups
• 10 notebooks
• 10 cosmetic bags
• 10 pens
• 5 gift cards valued at Q.120.00 each
The benefits:
• Are not transferable.
• Are not redeemable for cash.
• Cannot be substituted for other goods or services.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
• Participation in the promotion does not involve any additional payment other than the value of the purchase made.
• The number of spins will depend on the purchase amount, as follows:
o Purchases of Q. 462.00: 1 spin
o Purchases of Q. 616.00: 2 spins
o Purchases of Q. 942.00: 3 spins
9. LIABILITY
The Organizer will not be responsible for:
• The participant's use of the benefits obtained.
• Damages, losses, or harms arising from the use of the benefits.
• Situations unrelated to the promotion or beyond its reasonable control.
10. MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion for justified reasons, and must communicate this promptly to consumers through the same channels used for its dissemination.
11. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Participation in this promotion implies full, express, and unconditional acceptance of these legal terms and conditions.
