1. Visit a physical store or the website: You can choose between visiting a BONAGE physical store or accessing our website at www.gt.bonage.com.
2. Make a purchase: When completing a purchase in-store or online, you must agree to register for the loyalty system. This will allow you to accumulate points in your account.
3. Create your user on the BONAGE website: If you are already a customer in physical stores, access the website and create your account at www.gt.bonage.com, using the same email address you use for your purchases in physical stores.
4. Access the link for the BNG Loyalty Program: If you are already a customer in-store and on www.gt.bonage.com, look for the BNG Loyalty Program menu link on the website, complete this registration step in this system by verifying your user with a code that will arrive in your email. This is where you can check your status and accumulated points.
5. Complete your personal data: Make sure to provide your full name, email, phone number, and date of birth to create your user in the loyalty program.
6. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note when assigning your password for the loyalty program system that it must be the same as the one used to access www.sv.bonage.com, and this password must not contain special characters.
7. Use the same email in physical store and online store: To keep your data under a single user in the system, use the same email for your purchases in both physical stores and the online store.

With each purchase, you'll earn points that will help you level up in the program.

Once you have enough points, you can access exclusive discounts and redemptions for members of the Bonage Loyalty Program.

The benefits of being a Silver or Gold customer may vary depending on the program you have access to based on the value of your purchases. Below, we present the details and benefits for your membership:

Joining our Silver customer group is very simple: make a purchase and register by providing or completing your data in our physical stores or on our website. As part of this status, you will have access to:

• Point accumulation: Q80.00 = 8 points.
• Redeem your accumulated points: for every 240 points = Q240.00 (Redemption of points for merchandise).
• Points are earned based on the purchase subtotal, so the amount to accumulate does not include tax.
• Point accumulation begins upon accepting registration in the loyalty system.
• Points expire one year from the date of purchase, so you must redeem them before they expire.
• 15% discount birthday coupon, during your birthday week.
• For those who love Denim, for every 10 pairs of jeans purchased, you will receive 1 free pair of jeans.
• Additionally, you will be among our customers who have access to special events and discounts.

To become a member of our Gold client group, you must be registered in the BONAGE LOYALTY program or already be a Silver client. Your status will change to Gold upon accumulating Q4000.00 in purchases within (1) one year, which can be purchases made in physical stores and the web store.

To accumulate Q4000.00 in purchases, the accumulated amount count starts from your registration date.

By meeting this requirement, you will be able to obtain all the benefits of the Silver level, with the following extras:

• Point accumulation: Q80.00 = 13.30 points.
• Redemption of your accumulated points: for every 240 points = Q320.00 (Redemption of points for merchandise).
• Points are earned based on the subtotal of the purchase, so the amount for accumulation does not include taxes.
• Point accumulation begins at the time of accepting registration in the loyalty system.
• Points expire one year from the date of purchase, so you must redeem them before they expire.
• 20% birthday discount coupon during your birthday week.
• For those who love Denim, for every 10 pairs of jeans purchased, you will receive 1 free pair of jeans.
• Additionally, you will be part of our clients who have access to special events and discounts.
• Enjoy a full year of exclusive benefits as a Gold member.
• Accumulate your purchases and Extend your Gold Status: If within that year you accumulate another Q4000.00 in purchases, your Gold Status will be extended for one more year, taking into account the first time you achieved that status. This means you will have an additional year to enjoy the benefits of Gold Status.
• When will the Gold Status extension be reflected?: Once you reach the expiration of your first annual membership in this Status, the system will automatically assign the new expiration date as established in the previous point. You will see your Gold Status extension reflected at that time.

• Who cannot register: people with fake IDs, minors, people without an issued document.
• BONAGE LOYALTY program points have a staggered expiration date, which means they gradually expire one year after the purchase in which you accumulated points.
• Each point will be generated independently when you make your purchase and will expire one year after its generation, without affecting other points that the customer has accumulated in subsequent purchases. It is important to be aware of this policy to make the most of the program's benefits.
• To check the status of your points, you can access our system BONAGE LOYALTY PROGRAM, in the menu of www.gt.bonage.com, with your username and password to know all the details of your status.
• Points do not apply to be used or exchanged for discounted or promotional garments; they apply to regular-priced garments.
• Point redemption and birthday discount apply to regular-priced merchandise, not applicable with other promotions.
• The birthday discount redemption will be valid for a single purchase in a physical store or web store. You can choose one of the two options to access your discount coupon.
• You can enjoy your birthday discount from 3 days before until 3 days after your birthday.
• The free jeans are awarded after having purchased 10 jeans. The free jeans to choose can be any of those available in our collections. It does not apply to the accumulation of the total of 10 jeans that will allow you to be a recipient of 1 free jeans, those that are part of discounted merchandise.
• Special events and discounts will be previously notified by invitation.
• In case you wish to change the email with which you are registered in our system, you must go to one of our physical stores where our staff can help you with your request.
